By creating an account on Interactive Labs (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; we'll announce material changes via email or via a banner on the dashboard.

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Don't use the service to host or distribute malware, to attack other services, to mine cryptocurrency, or to violate any law. Lab containers are sandboxed but are still backed by real compute - abuse will get your org suspended without warning.

You retain ownership of the labs and content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service for you and your students. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to anything you upload.

The Interactive Labs software, branding, and documentation belong to Algoholic. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that to you.

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit a specific purpose. We do our best to keep it up; we can't guarantee it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access stops; we'll purge your data per the Privacy Policy.
