Subscriptions that respect your time

Interactive Labs paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions. They renew automatically so your labs and embeds never go dark mid-cohort, and you can cancel in a couple of clicks whenever you like — no email required, no retention hoops.

Cancel anytime, keep what you paid for

Cancel from Manage subscription in your account dashboard (it opens our Stripe billing portal, where you can also change your card or download invoices). Cancelling stops all future charges; your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account falls back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — your labs and orgs stay intact, subject to free-tier limits.

7-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge on any plan if Interactive Labs doesn’t fit your workflow. The same 7-day window applies to renewal charges — if a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the renewal and we’ll refund it in full and cancel the subscription.

Outside the window

Beyond the 7-day window we don’t pro-rate partially used periods — cancelling instead stops the next charge while keeping your access until the period ends. Exceptions (billing errors on our side, duplicate charges, extended outages) are always refunded; anything else is at our discretion, and we err on the side of the educator.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. Include the org slug and (if possible) the invoice or charge ID from your receipt — both are in the billing portal. We aim to respond within two business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
