Privacy policy

Interactive Labs ("the service") is operated by Algoholic ("we", "our"). When you sign up for an organization, you agree that we may collect and process information as described below. Contact us at [email protected] with any privacy questions.

• Account data. Name, email, hashed password, the org slug you created at signup.
• Lab content. Files, challenges, and test cases you author inside your org.
• Session metadata. Which labs were started, when, and for how long. Used to bill, to reap idle containers, and to debug.
• Embed analytics. Anonymous page views on labs you've embedded. No personally-identifying info is stored against student sessions on the public embed surface.
• Operational logs. Standard web server logs, kept for a rolling 30 days for security and debugging.

We use the data above to run the service: authenticate you, render your labs to your students, bill correctly, and improve the product. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with third parties except as processors required to deliver the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email).

Account and lab data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your org, content is purged within 30 days. Operational logs roll off on a 30-day window.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or via a banner on the dashboard before they take effect.
